Content Policy

Last updated: [[PUBLICATION_DATE]]

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies everywhere on kammii.ai: what you type into the image generator, what you say to K Agent, what you send through the API, what you upload to Files, and what you publish to Images.

Other Kyrune sites have their own terms and their own rules.

This page is a draft. 30 values marked in red have not been filled in yet, and until they are, this document is not the final text.

1. The one line that matters most

Kyrune is a general audience service. Sexual content is not allowed here, in any form, whether generated, uploaded or published. If you want to make that kind of work, Kyrune is the wrong place and we will not be offended if you go elsewhere.

2. Why the rule is this strict

2.1 It is simpler to enforce and simpler to understand than a tiered system with switches, opt-ins and veils.

2.2 Our card payment processor prohibits sexually explicit material and prohibits AI-generated material that meets the same description. A service that allowed it could not take card payments.

2.3 A general audience service can be shown to anyone, linked anywhere, and indexed by search engines without a warning gate in front of it.

3. Not allowed: sexual content

You may not generate, upload, publish or request:

Anatomy, life drawing, medical and educational images are a separate case. See clause 11.

4. Not allowed, ever: minors

4.1 No sexual or sexualised depiction of a minor. Not drawn, not rendered, not stylised, not fictional, not "aged up" in the caption. There is no exception, no artistic defence and no context that makes it acceptable.

4.2 No nudity involving a minor.

4.3 A character is treated as a minor if they read as one in the image. A line in the prompt asserting an age does not change what the picture shows.

4.4 Where minors appear at all, clothing, poses and interactions must be ordinary and age-appropriate. No suggestive clothing, no suggestive posture, no suggestive interaction between minors or between a minor and an adult.

4.5 Prompt language about minors combined with sexual language is blocked at submission. This happens before any image is made, and it happens whether or not the output would have shown anything.

4.6 A breach of this clause ends the account immediately, with no warning and no strike. Where the law requires us to report it, we report it, and we preserve the evidence.

5. Not allowed: real people without their agreement

6. Not allowed: harm to people

7. Not allowed: graphic violence and cruelty

Stylised action, fantasy combat and the ordinary violence of storytelling are allowed. The difference is whether the injury itself is the subject.

8. Not allowed: illegal and dangerous material

9. Not allowed: other people's work

10. Not allowed: spam and manipulation

11. Where the line sits on difficult cases

11.1 Anatomy and life drawing. Non-sexual studies of the human form, of the kind found in an art class, are allowed where they are presented as studies and not framed for arousal. Framing decides it. If in doubt, do not publish it.

11.2 Medical and educational images. Allowed where they are genuinely medical or educational and presented as such.

11.3 Swimwear and sportswear. Allowed in the setting they belong to. Not allowed as a stand-in for nudity or in a sexualised pose.

11.4 Romance. Affection is fine. Holding hands, an embrace, a kiss. Anything beyond that is not.

11.5 Horror and dark themes. Allowed. Gore as the subject is not.

11.6 Suggestive but not explicit. This is the hardest category and we resolve it against you. A platform with no sexual content cannot run a "borderline" tier.

11.7 We decide these case by case, looking at the image and its context together. We will not always get it right, which is why there is an appeal.

12. How the rules are enforced

12.1 Before generation. Prompts are checked at submission. A prompt that combines sexual terms with terms describing a minor is refused outright, and the generation never starts. Other prompt checks may refuse or modify a request.

12.2 At publication. Posts are checked when they are published.

12.3 On report. Anyone can report a post, a comment or an account. See clause 14.

12.4 On review. We may review anything at any time.

12.5 We do not review everything before it appears. Content being visible is not our approval of it.

13. What happens when a rule is broken

We use the least severe action that fixes the problem, except where clause 4 applies.

Refusal

A prompt is rejected before anything is generated. Credits are not spent.

Removal

A post or comment stops being visible. The author is told which rule it broke.

Restriction

Publishing, commenting or generating is limited for a period.

Suspension

The account cannot be used for a period.

Closure

The account is closed. Unspent credits are forfeited.

Immediate closure

Clause 4 only, and serious illegal material. No warning, no strike, evidence preserved, reported where required.

13.1 Repeated breaches escalate. A pattern of borderline posts is itself a pattern.

13.2 A removal is normally reversible while an appeal is open: the record and the files are kept so that a decision can be reviewed. Permanent deletion is a separate, deliberate step.

13.3 Opening a new account to get around a suspension or closure is a further breach and the new account will be closed too.

14. Reporting something

14.1 Use the report control on the post, the comment or the profile. Pick the reason that fits best and add detail if it helps.

14.2 The reasons you can choose from are: spam; nudity, pornography or sexually explicit content; self-harm; misinformation; hateful activities; dangerous items; harassment or criticism; violent imagery; privacy violation; my intellectual property; sexual content involving a minor; and impersonating someone. Which reasons apply depends on whether you are reporting a post, a comment or an account.

14.3 A report of sexual content involving a minor jumps the queue and hides the post as soon as it arrives, before anyone has looked at it. That is deliberate. Please do not use it for anything else, because a false report of it wastes the attention that real ones need.

14.4 There is a limit on how many reports one account can file per hour and per day. Mass reporting is itself a form of abuse.

14.5 We do not tell the person you reported who reported them.

14.6 If you cannot use the in-product control, or the matter is urgent, write to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]].

14.7 For copyright, use the Copyright and Infringement Policy instead. It has its own requirements and its own consequences for a false claim.

15. Appealing a decision

15.1 If we removed your content or restricted your account and you think we got it wrong, appeal. Use the appeal route shown on the notice, or write to [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] with the identifier of the post or the decision.

15.2 A person reviews the appeal. We aim to answer within [[APPEAL_DEADLINE]].

15.3 Tell us what you think we misread. An appeal that explains the context is much more likely to succeed than one that only disagrees.

15.4 If we agree we were wrong, we restore the content and remove the mark from your account.

15.5 Decisions under clause 4 are not reversed on an artistic argument. If the decision rested on a mistake of identity or a technical error, say so and we will look.

15.6 There is one appeal per decision. [[SECOND_LEVEL_REVIEW]]

16. Blocking and your own controls

16.1 You can block another account. A block stops them following you, seeing your posts while signed in, and commenting on your work. It is not shown to them.

16.2 You can close comments on your own post.

16.3 You can make your profile and your collections private.

16.4 Blocking is for your own comfort. Reporting is for rules. Use both where both apply.

17. Changes

17.1 We may change this policy, and we change it more often than we change the Terms, because it is operational.

17.2 A change that materially narrows what you may do takes effect thirty days after we post it, unless a law or an immediate safety problem requires it sooner.
